How to access AFS on MacOS 10.14 Mojave

1) Download the Auristor client from: https://www.auristor.com/filesystem/client-installer/

2) Install the Auristor client from the downloaded dmg. Enter the following cell information when prompted:

  • cell: cs.stanford.edu
  • cell alias: cs

3) Reboot.

4) Open the Terminal and try running:

kinit your_csid@CS.STANFORD.EDU
aklog

5) You should now be able to browse the AFS:

ls /afs/cs/u/your_csid
